Summary: Responsible for preparing meals and supplements for the center, managing food service inventory, maintaining food service equipment, and assisting the Director with coordinating outside agency inspections.
Shift Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, with variable shifts as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned by the Director. These programs operate under the understanding that federal or state contracting authorities and/or executive management reserve the right to modify staffing requirements and qualifications as needed to ensure quality and continuation of services. Such changes may affect your employment qualifications.
Job Requirements:
Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, handle, reach, talk, hear, taste, and smell regularly; occasionally sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
Work Environment: Frequently exposed to wet/humid conditions; occasionally to moving parts, fumes, outdoor weather, and electrical hazards. Noise level is usually moderate.
