Summary: Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares high-quality food following recipes and instructions.
• Serves meals, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Tastes all food items.
• Uses established ticket procedures; maintains records during service.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and stores excess food safely.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues immediately.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety policies, including proper glove and footwear use.
