Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to standards and regulations, ensuring quality at all times.

Essential Duties:

  • Prepare high-quality food using standardized recipes.
  • Serve meals, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper storage in the kitchen.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in planning, ordering, and record-keeping.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Attend safety meetings and maintain good working relationships.
  • Follow HACCP standards and safety policies, including proper glove and footwear use.
