Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Uses established ticket procedures during service; responsible for records.
• Cleans kitchen after use, maintains cleanliness standards.
• Stores or discards excess food safely.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues immediately.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers and clients.
• Follows safety standards including HACCP.
• Uses proper safety gear and lifting techniques.
