We are hiring immediately for a full-time COOK position.

Location: Lehi Cafe - 3900 North Adobe Way, Lehi, UT 84043. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior culinary or kitchen experience preferred.

Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food according to applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality food service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes to meet schedules.
2. Serves meals, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation; tastes all food.
3. Uses ticket collection procedures during service; maintains records.
4. Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, stores or discards excess food properly.
5. Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
6. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
7. Assists in planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
8. Reports maintenance issues immediately.
9. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
11. Follows safety standards including HACCP, proper glove and utensil use.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
