Description
Heritage Senior Living Kimberly is seeking a Cook / Chef / Food Service worker. We offer a $500 Sign-On Bonus for full-time positions and a $250 bonus for part-time. Starting salary up to $17.00/hour. We are a team-oriented organization committed to professional growth and personal development.

- Experience in food prep, cooking, plating, or hospitality preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow menus, recipes, and dietary needs; ensure proper food presentation and serving methods
- Monitor food prep and service timeliness, ensure compliance with policies and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service during meals and monitor satisfaction
- Maintain health and safety standards, including cleanliness and infection control
- Communicate effectively in written form
- Perform physical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, and kneeling throughout an 8-hour shift
- Work 8-hour days, possibly including weekends, between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., up to 60 hours/week if needed
Education/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; food service certification preferred
- Previous food prep experience required
- Healthcare setting experience preferred
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Pass pre-employment and annual tests; meet training and regulatory requirements
