Job Summary

Prepares food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepares high-quality food items following standardized recipes and instructions.
2. Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Tastes all prepared food.
3. Uses established ticket procedures during service and maintains records.
4. Cleans kitchen after use, maintains cleanliness standards, and stores or discards excess food properly.
5. Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean; ensures proper storage of food and supplies.
6. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
7. Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting.
8. Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies.
9. Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
10. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
11. Maintains good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
12. Performs job safely, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
14. Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and temperature maintenance, following HACCP standards.
15. Prioritizes safety for oneself and others.
16. Follows all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols such as glove use, proper handling of hot items, and slip-resistant footwear.
