The Cook will:

• Have knowledge and understanding of dietary and cooking techniques
• Follow dietary orders and recipes accurately
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Promote and adhere to food and dietary sanitation practices
• Follow state, federal, and facility dietary policies and procedures
• Promote teamwork and collaboration
• Demonstrate a high standard of ethics
• Be dependable and punctual
• Provide excellent customer service

Cook must have:

• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Effective communication skills with families, guests, and co-workers
