Job Summary

Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items per recipes, meet production and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all prepared food.
• Follow ticket collection procedures during service, maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, store or discard excess food properly.
• Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and clients.
• Follow safety standards including HACCP, proper glove and equipment use.
