Job Details

• Location: Heritage Pointe of Ft. Wayne - 5250 Heritage Parkway, Fort Wayne, IN 46835. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, days may vary, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous cook experience in a restaurant, senior living facility, or school is preferred but not required.

• Pay Range: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality food service at all times.

Essential Duties

• Prepare high-quality food items following standardized recipes.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in production planning, ordering, and record keeping.
• Report maintenance issues and attend safety meetings.
• Follow safety policies, including proper use of protective gloves and footwear.
