Job summary

Heritage Hall Healthcare & Rehab Center in Dillwyn, VA is seeking a Cook to ensure healthy, nutritious meals for residents. You will prepare meals following menus and safety guidelines and assist with daily kitchen tasks.

Shifts available are 6am-2pm and 11am-7pm, four days per week including every other weekend. One year of quantity food preparation experience is preferred and you must follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in quantity food preparation preferred.
• Ability to perform simple calculations.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of food service equipment operating procedures.
• Ability to operate food service equipment safely and properly.
• Must be able to work every other weekend.
