Job summary

Heritage Hall in Dillwyn, VA is seeking a Cook to help provide healthy, nutritious meals for the community. Shifts run 6am-2pm and 11am-7pm.

This role is four days a week with every other weekend. Prior food-prep experience preferred; you will follow written and verbal instructions and operate kitchen equipment safely.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in quantity food preparation preferred.
• Ability to perform simple calculations.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of food service equipment operating procedures.
• Ability to operate food service equipment safely and properly.
• Must be able to work every other weekend.
