Job Details

• Location: Quarry Hill - 30 Community Lane, Camden, ME 04843
• Schedule: Full-time, days may vary between 5:00 am - 8:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Some experience preferred.
• Perk: No nights later than 8 pm! Year-round employment in a great atmosphere!
• Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality food service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Uses established procedures during service, maintains records.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in production planning, ordering, and receiving of supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attends safety meetings and maintains a safe work environment.
• Follows all safety policies, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and lifting techniques.
