Job Summary

Prepares food following federal, state, and corporate standards, guidelines, and regulations. Ensures quality food service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and instructions to meet schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all food items.
• Use established ticket procedures during service and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, store or discard excess food safely.
• Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Perform job safely, maintaining a clean environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and temperature following HACCP standards.
• Commit to safety for yourself and others.
• Follow all company policies, including safety procedures like using gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
