Wolf River Brisket Company in Germantown, TN is seeking Line/Prep Cooks to be on the front line of our kitchen, helping prepare our unique recipes and ensuring a remarkable guest experience. You will be responsible for washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other cooking duties, while maintaining a clean workstation.

Experience with smoking meat and cooking with a stone oven, along with preparing a range of dishes, is ideal.

Responsibilities include:

• Washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat and other general cooking duties
• Operating a large food smoker and a stone oven.
• Preparing appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and other entrees
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
• Interacting with a Kitchen Display System
• Ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders
• And most importantly, creating a remarkable experience for our guests.
