Wolf River Hospitality Group is seeking a Line/Prep Cook to be the frontline of our kitchen team in Germantown, TN. You will help prepare a range of dishes, maintain cleanliness, and ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.

You should bring a positive attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for great food. Experience with high-volume service and familiarity with kitchen tech are a plus as you help grow our local brand.

• Washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat and other general cooking duties.

Line/Prep Cooksare the front-line for ensuring the perfect preparation of our unique and carefully crafted recipes.

Responsibilities include:

• Washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat and other general cooking duties
• Operating a large food smoker and a stone oven.
• Preparing appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and other entrees
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
• Interacting with a Kitchen Display System
• Ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders
• And most importantly, creating a remarkable experience for our guests.
