Job summary

Wolf River Hospitality Group is seeking Line/Prep Cooks to help deliver our unique recipes with frontline accuracy and hospitality. You will wash, chop, and prepare ingredients, operate a large food smoker and stone oven, assemble appetizers and entrees, and ensure a clean, efficient kitchen. We value positive attitude and teamwork.

Line/Prep Cooksare the front-line for ensuring the perfect preparation of our unique and carefully crafted recipes.

Responsibilities include:

• Washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat and other general cooking duties
• Operating a large food smoker and a stone oven.
• Preparing appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and other entrees
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
• Interacting with a Kitchen Display System
• Ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders
• And most importantly, creating a remarkable experience for our guests.
