Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Cook to join our culinary team in Tulsa, OK. You will prepare nourishing meals from scratch using fresh ingredients and support the Gold Leaf Dining experience that defines our high standards of food quality and atmosphere for residents.

You will work to meet dietary needs, handle menu plans, and ensure production areas stay clean and compliant with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a commercial restaurant.
• Ability to provide high level culinary service to residents and associates.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, be organized, flexible and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with residents' dietary needs and fulfill special meal requests.
• Prepare meals from the menu plan and assist with service of meals.
• Maintain cleanliness of production and service areas.
• Inspect work, storage, preparation, and service areas to meet standards and regulations.
• Follow safe work procedures including injury prevention, food safety, and infection control.
• Label and date all food in refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage.
