Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items.
• Follow recipes and product directions to ensure quality and safety.
• Estimate production needs, check production, and requisition supplies.
• Walk/stand for extended periods and move up to 35 pounds regularly.
• Attend shifts on time and perform additional duties as needed.
