Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot/cold foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
• Follows complex recipes and/or product directions.
• Produce batches using classical and contemporary cooking, plating, and garnishing techniques.
• May supervise production staff and assign tasks.
• Punctual attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Other duties may be assigned per account needs.
