Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery with correct portioning, temperatures, and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety; store excess food per procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, and record-keeping of food and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor and attend safety meetings.
