Job summary

• Supervisory experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure completion of assigned tasks.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management to ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employee requests and time-off concerns.
• Mentor coworkers and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
