Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Cook at VIRGIN ATLANTIC AIRWAYS CLUBHOUSE to prepare and present a variety of hot and cold foods for all meal periods and events. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, ensure safety and sanitation, and support overall dining experiences for clients and guests.

You will follow standardized recipes, adhere to quality standards, and collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean workstation and timely service.

Qualifications

• Must have basic ability to read and follow recipes.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipes and standards for high quality service.
• Cook, portion, present hot and cold items for meals and events.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized workstation in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Follow federal, state, and corporate guidelines and safety procedures.
• Attend work on time and be ready for scheduled shifts.
• Perform additional duties as needed per account requirements.
