Job summary

PINCHO is actively hiring a Prep Cook in Fort Lauderdale to learn and apply cooking skills in our open kitchens. You will follow recipes, maintain quality, and support safety and sanitation standards while assisting with station upkeep.

No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training. This role requires you to stand and move throughout the shift and be at least 18 years old to join our team.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is needed. We offer on-the-job training.
• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Knowledgeable about the menu and varying products we carry.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency across all restaurants
• Regular checks to assure product quality
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and PINCHO standards
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized for other team members
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift – role is in constant motion to deliver meals to guests
