Qualifications

• Basic sanitation, safety, and customer service skills taught in-house.
• Must be able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work groomed and in proper uniform.
• Maintains, cleans, and uses kitchen equipment and prep areas.
• Stocks and rotates products on the cooking line.
• Knows cooking stations, menu items, and prep procedures to ensure quality and portioning.
• Cooks and prepares menu items per guest requests within standards and safety procedures.
• Monitors food temperatures to reduce risk factors.
• Identifies and corrects issues to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Communicates with Manager on Duty and coworkers about deficiencies or safety concerns.
