Responsibilities

• Learn Beef, Pizza, Broiler, Cafe/Salads & Prep positions.
• Follow recipes and proper food preparation processes.
• Maintain portion control and monitor food levels on the line.
• Prepare quality food that meets Buona standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared properly before serving to guests.
• Restock the food line and manage waste per procedures.
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety.
• Be speedy and accurate in fulfilling orders.
• Washing cookware and utensils; cleaning equipment as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
