Thacher Restaurant Group is hiring a Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen and deliver the Wingstop experience our guests expect. You will prepare fresh, high-quality food, work as part of a team, and ensure orders are accurate and on time while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires a Food Handler Certification, restaurant or cooking experience, and a reliable attendance. You should thrive in a busy environment and be eager to learn and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must hold Food Handler Certification.
• Restaurant or cooking experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance is required.
• Available to support business needs.
• Demonstrates pride in work and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately.
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards.
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
• Work with Front of House to deliver orders on time.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including hood filters.
• Support the team wherever needed.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order.
