Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking a Cook to prepare fresh, high-quality food that delivers the Wingstop experience our guests expect. You’ll work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen while following food safety standards and helping every order leave the kitchen accurately and on time.

You’ll be part of a team that values reliability and pride in your work. Restaurant or cooking experience is preferred, and you should be able to work under pressure and adapt to varying business needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately
• Work with the Front of House team to deliver orders on time
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including cleaning and changing hood filters
• Support your team wherever needed
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order
