Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group, a Wingstop franchisee, is seeking a Cook who takes pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll follow recipes, ensure accuracy, and help deliver the Wingstop experience to guests.

You’ll join a team that values safety, cleanliness, and collaboration. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow into supervisory roles as you develop your career with us.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately
• Work with the Front of House team to deliver orders on time
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including cleaning and changing hood filters
• Support your team wherever needed
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order
