Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking a Cook to prepare fresh, high-quality food in our Wingstop kitchen. You’ll work with a team in a fast-paced environment, follow food safety standards, and help ensure each order leaves the kitchen accurately and on time.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately
• Work with the Front of House team to deliver orders on time
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including cleaning and changing hood filters
• Support your team wherever needed
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order
