Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group, a Wingstop franchisee, is seeking a Cook to prepare fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen, following safety standards and ensuring every order is accurate and on time. You’ll work with the Front of House team, keep the station clean and stocked, and help minimize waste while maintaining product quality.

Qualifications

• Team player with willingness to collaborate in a high-volume kitchen.
• Experience in a restaurant or cooking role is preferred.
• Capable of maintaining speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to support business needs and adjust as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately
• Work with the Front of House team to deliver orders on time
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including cleaning and changing hood filters
• Support your team wherever needed
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order
