Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group in Paramount, CA, is seeking a Cook to prepare fresh, high-quality food and ensure orders leave the kitchen accurately and on time. You will work as part of a fast-paced kitchen team while following food safety standards.

Responsibilities include following recipes, reading orders quickly, coordinating with Front of House, and maintaining cleanliness. Training and growth opportunities are available within the Wingstop franchisee network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or cooking role preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately.
• Ensure each order meets quality and presentation standards.
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
• Collaborate with Front of House to deliver orders on time.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering.
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including hood filters.
• Support your team wherever needed.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order.
