Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our high-energy kitchen in Paramount, CA. You will prepare fresh, high-quality dishes and ensure timely delivery of each order while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certification required.
• Restaurant or cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately.
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards.
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
• Work with the Front of House team to deliver orders on time.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including cleaning and changing hood filters.
• Support your team wherever needed.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order.
