• Proven experience as a Cook in a high-volume restaurant setting.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of dishes while following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure safety and quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and timely service.
• Utilize grilling, frying, sautéing, baking, and roasting to create flavorful dishes.
• Adjust cooking methods based on ingredient freshness and guest preferences.
• Execute menu items with precision, maintaining consistency in taste and portion size.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or excesses to the sous chef or kitchen manager.
• Taste and evaluate dishes for flavor, seasoning, and quality before serving.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards, keep stations clean and organized.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen inventory and minimizing food waste.
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and participate in training.
