Responsibilities

• Prepares high‑quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Ensures food is at the correct temperature, presented attractively, and tastes right.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and assists in planning and reporting as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety practices; participates in meetings and teamwork with colleagues.
