Job summary

Koelsch Communities in Modesto, CA is hiring a full-time cook for the evening shift (Thu–Sun, 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM). Earn between $18 and $21 per hour based on experience with full benefits. Responsibilities include preparing nutritious meals, proper food handling, and maintaining a clean kitchen.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• (delete this bullet if not in TX / IL / AZ ) Candidates applying must have completed an approved Dietary Manager's Course or possess a ServSafe Food Handler's certificate. (Candidates without Servsafe will be considered but must receive the certificate within the first 30 days of employment)
• All requirements related to the food handlers’ certificate per state requirements
• Knowledge of food preparation, production and plate presentation
• Must be drug-free and submit to a drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
• Knowledge of special dietary needs
