Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Serve meals to residents in a courteous and respectful manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and dining areas.
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen organization as needed.
• Work collaboratively with dietary staff and nursing team.
