Job summary

Bath Creek Estates in Ohio is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare meals according to resident diet specifications, following health, sanitary and safety policies under the Food Service Director.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Meet state requirements for food handler training.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Long term care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diets and safety regulations.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies.
• Assist with meal service and portion control as directed by the supervisor.
