Job summary

Mecklenburg Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time/PRN food service aide to assist in meal preparation following standardized recipes and schedules.

Responsibilities include stocking line stations, final plating and garnishing, and maintaining sanitation in line with HACCP and federal guidelines. ServeSafe certification is preferred but not required.

Job description

Assists in all areas of meal preparation while following standardized recipes and established food handling, preparation and meal service time schedules and standards. Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth meal service. Performs final plate preparation, including plating and garnishing.

Maintains sanitation standards, follow HACCP guidelines, and federal regulatory requirements.
