Job summary

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN/Part Time dietary aide to assist in meal preparation, stock line stations, and plate final dishes with garnish. The role emphasizes adherence to standardized recipes, service times, and food-handling protocols.

The ideal candidate should maintain high sanitation standards, follow HACCP guidelines, and comply with federal requirements. Sign-on bonus is available for this position.

Qualifications

• Assists in meal preparation following standardized recipes and service times.
• Stocks and maintains inventory at line stations to ensure smooth meal service.
• Performs final plate prep including garnishing and presentation.
• Maintains sanitation standards and follows HACCP guidelines and federal regulations.

Job description

Assists in all areas of meal preparation while following standardized recipes and established food handling, preparation and meal service time schedules and standards. Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth meal service. Performs final plate preparation, including plating and garnishing.

Maintains sanitation standards, follow HACCP guidelines, and federal regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• ServeSafe certification preferred but not required.
