Clarendale West End is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Cook to join our team! This position is responsible for full-scope, hands-on production cooking in the Community Culinary Services Department. The role involves maintaining a high standard of quality, service, and cleanliness at all times.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization according to community standards.
• Ensuring food quality, appearance, and presentation meet standards.
• Producing and serving menu cycle programs compliant with nutritional and dietary requirements.
• Demonstrating speed, accuracy, and efficiency in cooking standards.
• Assisting with meal service and ware washing as needed.
• Periodically visiting residents to evaluate food service quality and making operational revisions for improvement.
• Representing the community warmly to create a positive environment.
• Contributing to a culture that drives revenue and occupancy through engaged decision-making.
