We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line and Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a solid understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line/ Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly by preparing ingredients, assisting with meal preparation, and maintaining food safety standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our food service operations.

Duties

Prepare and chop ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications.

Assist in the preparation of meals for catering events and daily service.

Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are strictly followed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.

Support chefs with menu planning and food presentation.

Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other food preparation tools.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service.

Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
