About the Role

Delaney at Georgetown is recruiting a hospitality-focused Cook to join our team. This full-time position involves hands-on production cooking within the Community Culinary Services Department, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Availability on weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization standards
• Ensure food quality, appearance, and presentation meet standards
• Prepare menu cycle programs compliant with nutritional and dietary regulations
• Cook efficiently with speed and accuracy
• Assist with serving and ware washing as needed
• Evaluate food service quality with residents and adjust operations accordingly
• Represent the community positively to create a welcoming environment
