Position Details

Full-time Cook / Line Chef – 40 hours/week, 5 days/week (schedule may vary). Typical hours are 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM, including weekends.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Prepare all soups, stocks, and sauces; cook items via boiling, braising, and roasting according to recipes.
  • Prepare sautéed, fried, grilled, steamed, and baked items as per recipes.
  • Follow standardized recipes and accommodate special diet orders.
  • Plan food production to align with meal service times, ensuring quality, temperature, and presentation.
  • Determine required food quantities and supplies, and ensure timely procurement from the storeroom.
Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced environment such as a restaurant or hotel is preferred.
