Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce the batch cooking method, while ensuring quality, proper line presentation, and temperatures as specified. You will coordinate with line servers and complete daily production sheets to keep service flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking 100% of the time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce batch cooking.
• Ensure food quality and maintain serving temperatures as recipes specify.
• Maintain proper line presentation and use correct utensils.
• Communicate with line servers about daily specials and items.
• Complete daily production sheets.
