Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated cook to join the dietary services team at Springtown Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Springtown, Texas. You will prepare and serve meals according to the menu, monitor food handling, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen.

This full-time role supports residents' health by providing nutritionally appropriate meals and complying with Federal, State, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Two years as cook in a large-scale cooking operation, preferred.
• One year's work experience in long term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to the menu, monitor methods of food handling, preparation, meal service, and equipment cleaning.
• Safely and efficiently provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents to maintain and enhance health.
• Ensure the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.

Position Description
