Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a cook to prepare and serve meals at Grapevine facility, following menu plans and maintaining food safety standards.

The role supports residents’ health by providing nutritious meals and maintaining sanitation across kitchen operations, in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Two years as cook in a large-scale operation preferred.
• One year work experience in long term care preferred.
• Food Handler's Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to the menu, monitor food handling, preparation, meal service and equipment cleaning.
• Safely and efficiently provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents to maintain and enhance their health.
• Ensure quality food service and nutrition care in line with Federal, State and Local regulations.

Position Description

Responsible for preparing and serving meals according to the menu, monitoring methods of food handling, preparation, meal service, and equipment cleaning. Safely and efficiently provides nutritionally appropriate food to residents for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing their overall health. Ensures the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance to Federal, State and Local regulations.
