Priority Management is seeking a full-time cook to prepare and serve meals in accordance with the facility menu and safety standards. The role requires monitoring food handling, preparation, meal service and equipment cleaning to ensure high-quality nutrition for residents.

Experience in large-scale cooking and in long-term care, plus a high school diploma or equivalent, are preferred. This position supports health and recovery in a care-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Two years as cook in a large-scale cooking operation preferred.
• One year’s work experience in long term care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve meals according to the menu.
• Monitor methods of food handling, preparation, meal service and equipment cleaning.
• Safely and efficiently provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents to maintain and enhance health.
