Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated cook to join our Frisco, TX team. You will prepare and serve meals according to the menu, monitor food handling, and maintain clean equipment to support safe, nutritious meals for residents.

The role requires attention to quality and compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations. Prior large-scale cooking and long-term care experience are preferred, with a High school diploma or equivalency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Two years as cook in a large-scale cooking operation preferred.
• One year’s work experience in long term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing and serving meals according to the menu, monitoring methods of food handling, preparation, meal service, and equipment cleaning.
• Safely and efficiently provides nutritionally appropriate food to residents for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing their overall health.
• Ensures the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance to Federal, State and Local regulations.
