Job summary

Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol is seeking a culinary professional. The role requires strong communication skills and at least two years of culinary experience, with related hotel experience preferred.

You will perform basic and intermediate cooking tasks (soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling) and may direct in the supervisor's absence. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas and equipment.
